Founded by Stephen Gahan who, after a number of years as a Project Manager with large scale building contractors, realised there was a lack of highly skilled tradespeople and decided to “up tools” and go back to the trade which was passed down to him by his Father and Grandfather.

Stephen has worked in the construction sector for nearly 30 years. He is a highly accomplished cabinet maker and creates bespoke items of very high quality. 
 
His extensive project management experience means all his work is completed to the highest of standards. He is able to overcome the unexpected and stop potential problems quickly, which always leads to excellent outputs and satisfied customers. Stephen is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building, which involves a rigorous application process.
SMS Installations has a team of fully qualified, reliable tradespeople who complement our services, with the same work ethos for getting the job done on time to an excellent standard.
